Price and currency
The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

How do I get an account?
You can create an account for yourself or your company on our website by clicking on the “Create an Account” button. When successful, an e-mail will be sent to you and you can start your shopping by logging into your account and adding your address and phone number.
How to order?
All orders can be placed online on our website.
If you would like to make any changes or cancel your online order please contact us during regular business hours 9am – 6pm daily.
How to pay for orders?
Payment for Products ordered through Lebenslust Online can be made via MAJOR CREDIT CARDS, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Lebenslust may change at any time the method by which payments for Lebenslust Online orders may be effected and such changes will be notified to the Customer via e-mail or by placing a notice to this effect on the Lebenslust Internet site.
Product Prices are exlusive of GST.
Can I change or cancel my order?
The Customer may change or cancel the order up to the point in time that Lebenslust has commenced processing the order and the Customer will not incur any cost in doing so. Subject to the Customer's consent, Lebenslust may substitute a Product for another similar Product if the initial Product ordered by the Customer is unavailable. If there is no prior consent from the customer for a substitution, no substitution shall be made.
What about the price?
Lebenslust will ensure that the prices, details and sizes of products detailed by Lebenslust Online are correct but Lebenslust reserves the right to vary the price and other details of the products without notice.
The prices at the Lebenslust Online are for home delivery shopping only. Prices for some products may different from those charged at Lebenslust shops. The price of certain products, in particular fresh produce, is subject to daily fluctuation and is offered for guidance only.
Not all products sizes will correspond exactly to the description offered online. Lebenslust reserves the right to provide the nearest size of product at the nearest price.
Discrepancies between the on-line bill/order price and the final bill may be due to out-of-stock products, substitutions, special offers, daily price changes and weighed items. Lebenslust reserves the right to adjust the final bill after the online bill/order price is presented or conveyed to the Customer and such adjustments shall be marked on the final bill presented to the Customer at the time of delivery.
In the event of different special offers or promotions being made available to the Customer simultaneously for the same Product, the Customer may elect one such offer or promotion per product but shall not be entitled to a combination of all such offers or promotions per product. If the Customer requests a variation to the order which Lebenslust accepts then the price payable for the order will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the variation and shall be recorded on the final bill presented to the Customer at the time of delivery.
What about Property Risk?
All risk in the Products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer's delivery address but Lebenslust shall retain title in the Products until such time as payment for the Products has been effected.

Are Sale items Exchangeable or Refundable?
All sales items may not be returned.
Can you guarantee Product Ingredients of all products?
We are a retailer and do not manufacture our products. We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of ingredient or nutritional information we provide nor liable for any adverse reactions caused by the products we sell. Manufacturers may change ingredients or production practices from time to time. Always read the ingredient label on the actual package before consuming for the most current information. We are constantly in the process of researching, categorizing, detailing, and updating ingredient information. If you discover an error or incomplete information about a product on this website, please inform us about it.
