Mondamin sauce binder for thickening light sauces gives your light sauces the well-known fine, light binding. Delight your loved ones with the quick and easy preparation of low-calorie sauces. Mondamin sauce binder for thickening light sauces is completely tasteless - you determine the taste of your sauce yourself. Ideal for fish dishes, Asian dishes, pasta sauces, sliced ??meat, poultry, veal and much more.
Preparation instructions: For 250ml sauce approx. 3 level tablespoons (18g). 1) Bring liquid (e.g. broth or filled roast juices) to the boil. 2) Stir in the Mondamin sauce thickener and cook for 1 minute. 3) Re-tie as desired, while allowing the sauce to boil again. 4) Season and refine according to taste.
